The Miller Test - Southend Vic (Official Video) (2023)

When The Miller Test approached me to direct their video for the song 'Southend Vic', they had no idea they were asking me to direct a music video inspired by my home town. Their only requirement in what I pitched was that it had to be "weird" and had to involve vocalist Emma dressed as a clown. 

 

The end result is a celebration of Leigh-on-Sea's rich fishing history in the surreal tale of a fisherman haunted by his work.
